Meet Lisa van der Lugt — new Director of Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise (OMWBE), now in her second month in the position — focused to help minority-owned businesses prosper through the program’s certification.  OMWBE’s recent newsletter includes two examples of minority businesses (Del Sol, Inc. and Signs Now) speaking of their experience in working with OMWBE and the value the certifications provided to their companies.
