PROJECT OVERVIEW
The new Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital building will be constructed in the city of Tacoma, Washington on a site bounded by Martin Luther King Jr Way on the east, Division Avenue on the north, 4th Street on the south, and the alley between L and M Streets on the west. The project will include a free-standing facility across from Tacoma General Hospital. The project includes 82 patient beds, diagnostic and treatment spaces, emergency department, infusion center and connection to a new parking structure. The new hospital building is expected to include +/-250,000 SF of inpatient and outpatient services.
