Description of Work: Construction of a new 96,000 SF elementary school and demolition of the existing 50,000 sf school. The campus will not be occupied during construction. Project includes phased off site street improvements at 151st Place NE and Main Street. The estimate of probable costs for construction is $55 million.
Schedule: Start Construction: January 11th, 2021. Substantial Completion*: July 3rd, 2022.
