Scope: The project consists of a complete interior renovation of the existing Parrington Hall. The intent is to completely reconfigure the existing floor plans to maximize classroom space and faculty offices on Levels 1-3, and also “refresh” and update student lounge spaces at the Basement Level and 4th Floor level. The building is approximately 40,000sf and will consist of select and structural demo, added footings, structural steel framing and new stairs, miscellaneous wood framing, thermal and acoustical insulation, new doors, interior glazing, all new finishes including new drywall, flooring, ceiling finishes, wall finishes, wood paneling, painting, tackable wall coverings, visual display boards, cafe/kitchen equipment, and a retrofit/renovation of MEPF systems.
This round of pricing is based on the 100% CD documents. We would like to receive quotes based on the due dates assigned to each scope. We will be following-up with written scopes of work as they become available. Our priority is finalizing pricing for Divisions 6,7,8, and 9 by the end of July.
