Brief Description:  Demolition, landscape restoration and improvements, new construction, approximately 361 beds, study lounges, meeting rooms, a “great room” for 300 persons in a banquet setting, a District Market, and café.

Anticipated Project Schedule:
1) Permit Drawings in review/City of Seattle: 8/1/2019
2) Formal Bid Solicitation Starts: 9/1/2018
3) Construction Start: 5/1/2019
4) 14 month schedule: 7/01/2020
