American Property Development – RFB – Kinect @ Burien – Update Scopes
Description: Kinect@Burien is a multi-purpose commercial and multi-family development that will consist of at least 220 apartment units including 110 two-bedroom units, 70 one-bedroom units and 20 studios, as well as, street level dining and retail space. With subcontractor diversity goal of 15%, American Property Development is seeking SMWBE contractors to participate on this project.
UPDATED Scopes of Work (6/9/21): Site concrete, storefront doors, trash compactor, framing, site lighting, metal fabrication, shower doors, mirrors, shelving, appliances, windows, site signage and fire sprinklers.
