The MBDA-Tacoma Business Center is operated by the City of Tacoma and will follow the health guidance and directives of the jurisdiction of the State of Washington and the City of Tacoma.

Tacoma City Manager Elizabeth Pauli and Tacoma Mayor Victoria Woodards proclaimed a state of emergency in response to COVID-19 at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020 in accordance with the Tacoma Municipal Code Chapter 1.10. The proclamation of emergency will be confirmed by the City Council at the earliest practicable time.
