DESCRIPTION: The project includes Tenant Improvements to the existing Finance and Administrative Services offices on the 43rd floor of Seattle Municipal Tower. The Work includes an area of 19,717 SF and includes demolition, construction of new walls, installation of doors, glazing & frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm revisions and finish work. Relocation of specific linear supply diffusers with all others remaining in place. The building and adjoining space will be continuously occupied. All work to be performed between 6pm and 6am. Alternate/Additive #1: Removal of all existing perimeter linear supply diffusers and installation of new linear supply diffusers.
PRE-BID SITE INSPECTION/MEETING: There is a MANDATORY pre-bid site inspection for this project. All those that wish to bid on the project will need to attend one of the following. The first pre-bid site inspection is scheduled for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020 at 9:00 am, the second pre-bid site inspection is scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
