Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Center for Urban Water, 326 East D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421 at 10:00 AM on Monday March 23, 2020 in the Commencement Bay Conference Room 101-South to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training Program (LEAP) requirements included in the contract.
Project Scope: This Contract shall generally consist of constructing approximately 5200 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, approximately 1800 linear feet of 12-inch diameter storm sewer main, and approximately 3300 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch diameter potable water main. Work will also include new sewer laterals and cleanouts, water services and hydrants, street restoration, and replacing non-conforming curb ramps.
Estimate: $4.7 Million – $5.2 Million
