Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday March 23, 2020 in Commencement Bay Conference Room 101- South, located at the Center for Urban Waters, 326 East D Street, Tacoma WA 98421. The Hosmer Holding basin is a secured facility, therefore immediately after the pre-proposal meeting, there will be a walk-through at the site for prospective bidders. This is the only opportunity for a City led walk-through of the site and all bidders are urged to attend this walk-through.
Project Scope: The work includes excavation and disposal of approximately 18,300 cubic
yards of material from the lower limits of the south holding cell, temporary stabilized construction entrance, dewatering, bypass pumping, erosion and pollution control, and site restoration.
