Project Scope: The North End Treatment Plant Outfall Vault Lid Replacement project consist of upgrading an existing concrete lid, vault air valve, enclosure, vinyl dipped fence, and pressure hatch prior to the installation of the current vault upgrades. A new, thicker concrete lid, hatch, and standpipe designed to withstand higher hydrostatic pressure than the current design, will be cast in place on top of the vault
structure.
