Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m., June 11, 2019 at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma, Room 243 to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training Program (LEAP) requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This Contract includes the construction of a new roadway section and/or a grind and overlay of roadway surface along E Fairbanks St from E Howe St to E Roosevelt Ave. Also included is the installation of new catch basins and large inlet structures, a sanitary sewer line rereroute, a water main replacement, the installation of ADA compliant ramps, and associated curb/gutter/sidewalk repair.
