Project Scope: Contractor to provide non-exclusive audio visual services for use by exhibitors, show managers and other clients as needed.
Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, August 20th at 10:00 am, Pacific Time, at the Greater Tacoma Convention, located at 1500 Commerce Street, Tacoma, WA 98402. Meeting attendees will meet in Reception on the first floor of the facility. The purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to answer questions about this solicitation.
