Project Scope: The City of Tacoma is undertaking a refinement of its EMME traffic model. This Federally funded project represents the “2nd Phase” of model development/refinement. During the first phase of the project a refined EMME Traffic model was developed and integrated with the City’s Pavement Management System (PMS).
Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
