Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
Project Scope: Youth and community bicycle education services and event coordination. The City anticipates awarding one service contract to provide youth and community bicycle education services. These services are budgeted at $45,000 with additional optional tasks up to $100,000 and the anticipated completion date is September 30, 2026 with two potential one year renewals. Submittals submitted and/or the selected Consultant(s) may be used for projects of similar type and scope at the sole discretion of the City for up to one year.
