Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Public Works Department in partnership with the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, intends to procure architectural and engineering consultant services to provide design, permitting, and construction administration services for improvements to the City-owned Beacon Center, located at 415 South 13th Street,
Tacoma, WA 98402. The project will renovate approximately 12,000 square feet of existing space for senior services and youth/young adult services.
