Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Department of Public Utilities, Water Division (aka Tacoma Water) intends to engage a Consulting Firm to analyze options for fully pressurizing Pipeline No. 1 (P1). The City is seeking a highly qualified consultant team with immediate availability and relevant experience in evaluating and designing transmission pipeline (pipelines
greater than 24” diameter conveying water of at least 24 MGD) replacement/rehabilitation options.
