Description: The scope includes construction of a 1,044 square foot pumphouse building and associated appurtenances, connection to a previously drilled municipal drinking water well, installation of a 16-inch water main distribution system and associated appurtenances, installation of a 29-stall asphalt parking lot and public restroom, storm facility improvements, fencing, security equipment, and all associated improvements, and demolition of an existing 480 square foot building.
