In this session, participants will backwards plan and learn techniques such as square and/or linear foot costs in order to determine precise job costs for bidding on state contracts. The success of any project relies on accurate estimation and takeoff.

The session will cover various aspects, including material costs and profit markups. Participants will create a master takeoff tailored to their specific scopes of work, allowing them to understand their numbers effectively. By the end of this session, attendees will possess the skills to develop comprehensive estimates and takeoffs, contributing to successful stat contract bids.
