WSDOT’s Office of Equity and Civil Rights (OECR) will hold in-person trainings with topics covering current processes and regulations surrounding WSDOT’s DBE Program.
Contractors will have this time to learn about topics such as:
- Bid clearing and goal setting
- Prompt payment
- On-site reviews
- Good GFE vs. Bad GFE
- Best practices, etc.
