Turner Construction and the Port of Seattle will be performing various scopes of construction on the C Concourse. The second phase of major construction is underway, with completion in 2026.

Scopes: Flooring, Painting, Interior Glazing, Signage, Toilet Accessories & Partitions, Fire Extinguishers & Cabinets, Wall & Corner Guards, Restroom countertops (Corian (Basis of Design), Fencing & Gates-chain link storage cages, Bird Control Netting & Spikes, Furniture (be sure to understand Manufacturer installation requirements).

Bid Packages will be released via Building Connect in May/June, 2024.
