Project Scope: This contract is for grounds maintenance services with a Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) related to Blaine, Sumas, Lynden, and Point Roberts, LPOE Border stations. As a performance-based contract, the requirements are stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards. The contract shall consist of two major functional areas: standard services, and above standard services.
