Subcontractor Outreach Event – Doing Business with The Weitz Company & Contrack Watts, Inc.
When: Tuesday, August 3, 2021 (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
What: Representatives will provide an overview of the company, its current and upcoming projects and pursuits in Washington, as well as its long-term perspective and relationship building with local SBEs, DBEs and subcontractors. Attendees will get insight on The Weitz Company and Contrack Watts, Inc. project review, prequalification requirements, bid process review, and navigating first steps toward a successful partnership.
This is an opportunity to connect with and learn from large prime contractors such as The Weitz Company and Contrack Watts, Inc. Currently, The Weitz Company and Contrack Watts, Inc. are preparing to bid on the Port of Seattle project for the construction of the Post IAF Airline Realignment, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac, WA) and in support of Contrack Watts, Inc.’s prime contractor proposal to the Waterfront Multiple Award Construction Contract managed by NAVFAC Northwest and awarded through Task Orders.
