Description: The project will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: the construction of a 49,500-square foot (footprint) pre-manufactured metal building along with the requisite site, utility, and landscape improvements. The General Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the project, including concrete work, metals, wood, thermal and moisture control, doors and windows, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and incidental related work. NOTE: This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
Pre-Bid Meeting: non-mandatory pre-bid conference at 3:00pm, on July 15, 2021
