Description: The Port of Grays Harbor (the “Port”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms to provide engineering and design services (“Services”) for the T4 Dock Fender & Stormwater Upgrades (the “T4 Dock Upgrades”) portion of the Terminal 4
