Due Date: June 3, 12 PM
Description: Scope will include: Project Controls, Project Management (including, but not limited to LEED, MEP, Special Systems, BIM, and Commissioning), and Construction Management. Project Controls will include estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, and asset management. The Project Management scope will include management of design development and construction administration by a multi-disciplinary design team already under contract to the Port, also including Airport Dining and Retail (ADR) tenant design development management and construction administration, non-ADR tenant design management and construction administration (lounge space and office space). The Construction Management scope of work will include augmenting of existing staff with Resident Engineers, Construction Inspectors, and Project Assistants. This project is a GCCM project with the GCCM already on board.
Estimated Project Fee: The fee for this Agreement is not to exceed (NTE) $29,000,000 for the duration of the Agreement
