Due Date: February 10, 12 PM
Description: Provide all required professional services for the Architect Services contract on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis throughout the term of this agreement. The PORT has projects which require architectural services, as well as services from other disciplines. Service may include mechanical and electrical system design, architectural support, civil/structural engineering support, feasibility studies, etc.
Estimate: The PORT intends on issuing multiple Agreements as a result of this solicitation. It is intended that three (3) contracts will be awarded. The first contract will be awarded to the highest ranked firm, valued at $3,000,000. The second contract will be awarded to the second ranked firm, valued at $3,000,000. The third contract will be awarded to the third ranked firm, valued at $3,000,000. The duration of these Agreements is five years (this includes the initial period of performance plus the options to extend).
