Scope: Building 100 Roof (13,150-SF): Removal of existing roof covering down to the structural deck on the main roof and replacing it with new single ply Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane. Removal of portion of the canopy roof as described in the project documents. The remaining canopy roof membrane is to be cleaned and re-covered with new cover board and membrane. Removal and replacement of metal coping at parapets, installation of bird deterrent wire system and disposal of all removed materials including hazardous materials on both main roof and canopy.

Building 950 Roof (9,150-SF): Removal of existing roof covering down to the structural deck and replacing it with new single ply Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane. Removal and replacement of metal coping at parapets, replacement of all
skylights, installation of bird deterrent system, installation of new guardrail and disposal of all removed materials including hazardous materials.

Estimated Cost Range: Estimated cost range is $777,000 to $859,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
