Description: The Port of Tacoma is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing a Fleet Fuel and Maintenance Management solution that will automate vehicle asset fueling tasks, including stock levels, mileage, usage, and shrinkage reduction.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Through this RFP the Port aims to select a Fleet Fuel and Maintenance Management
Solution including the following:
• Software/Hardware per the requirements in Attachment D
• Installation/Implementation services for Hardware/Software solution
• Training for solution usage, administration and maintenance
• Technical support (break/fix and escalated) and system maintenance services
• Consulting services for possible future expansion of system
• Options for expanding the solution to fuel trucks and other pumps and
equipment
