WSDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Support Services (DBESS)
A federally-funded program designed to help those DBEs wishing to work on Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) highway-related construction projects. Support services are available only to DBEs certified in the highway construction industry, including construction companies, consultants, and regular dealers.
