WSDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Support Services (DBESS)

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Support Services, or DBESS, is a federally-funded program designed to help those DBEs wishing to work on WSDOT highway projects.  The comprehensive offerings of support services are available only to DBEs who are certified in the highway construction industry including construction companies, consultants, and regular dealers.
