Scope: The Sound Transit Procurement and Contracts Department (PCD) is requesting proposals to provide temporary staffing. PCD is also requesting proposals to provide consulting services. The services are for various architectural & engineering or public works procurement projects. Sound Transit has a large portfolio of projects over the next decade and beyond where timely procurement of those projects are of the utmost importance. The consultant shall provide services that encompass the variety of procurement and project delivery methods utilized at Sound Transit, including Small and Limited Public Works, Job Order Contracting, Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, General Contractor/Construction Manager, and Qualifications Based Selections. Additionally, the consultant shall provide services to support contract administration and other functions performed by PCD.
