Sub-Bids Due Date: January 20th
Project Description: Turner Construction has partnered with Tacoma Public Schools to build a new Skyline Elementary School, in Tacoma WA. The new 45,000 sq ft Skyline Elementary will stand on the east border of the existing TPS property; site work to include a new playfield, walking path, parent/bus drop off routes,
parking, and playgrounds. Two classroom wings connect to the learning commons, and an outdoor play area will sit on the north end of the property. Skyline students will remain in the existing buildings
during construction.
Diversity Goals: Local Pierce County 30%, MWBE 10%, WBE 6%, and SBE 5%. Apprenticeship Goals: 15%
