Scope: The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) located in Richland, WA utilizes Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI) owned buildings at both the PNNL Richland Campus, in Richland, WA, and PNNL Marine Sciences Laboratory (MSL), in Sequim, WA. PNNL is requesting that a Tier 2 seismic evaluation of certain BMI facilities at each location be performed in accordance with ASCE/SEI 41-13 “Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings” using the Life Safety Performance Objective. The 12 facilities were built between the years 1967 – 1982. ATier 1 review has been performed, and those results will be made available to interested parties that contact the Contracts Specialist
