Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., December 3, 2018 at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma, Room 148 to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training Program (LEAP) requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of removing, overlaying, and paving of asphalt with wedge curb and the occasional curb and gutter, replacing existing concrete panels, installing (2) 12” storm main lines and collector catch basins. Also, the project will be adding and replacing catch basins and construction concrete ADA ramps. This will all be done in 13 blocks in the north end of Tacoma.
Estimate: $1,600,000 – $1,650,000
