Project Description: Tiny Tots Development Center is located at 3939 S. Othello Street, Seattle, WA 98118. This project is a tenant improvement within the first floor of the larger Othello Square Building C project. Established in 1969, Tiny Tots Development Center provides childcare services, preschool, and early childhood education in a nurturing environment. They are here to serve the diverse community of Rainier Valley and Greater Seattle area. This project has prevailing wage requirements, and will be LEED certified.
