Project Scope:  Contractor shall remove the existing interior coating from the floor, adjoining walls and interior piping (up to 4 feet height from the floor) using media blast, furnish and install a new interior two coat system on both Bismark and Fletcher Hts standpipes.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:  A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m Pacific Time, Wednesday, May 30, 2018, in Conference Room M-1 located on the main floor of the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North. The address is 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to answer questions about this solicitation and any special or technical requirements. The site visit to follow the meeting.
