Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Beacon Center, located at 415 S 13th St, Tacoma, WA 98402, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday January 24, 2023. The purpose of
the pre-bid meeting is to tour the project area, answer questions about this solicitation, any special or technical requirements, and review the City’s bidding requirements.
Project Scope: The project consists of a complete HVAC upgrade and exterior improvements. The work includes, but not limited to demo of the existing boiler and radiator system, brick
chimney removal, replace flat roofing, windows and siding, exterior painting, interior restroom finishes, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and electrical work.
