Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at June 20, 2019, 9:00 am, at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma, Room 148 to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This Contract shall generally consist of Clearing and Grubbing, landscaping including the planting of trees, planting of shrubs, and applying hydroseed; placement of rock hardscapes; Assessing and repairing existing irrigation system required for irrigation operation, assessing existing irrigation for irrigation design required for new plantings, installation of proposed irrigation system for new plantings; and installation of temporary fencing.
Estimate: $110,000 to $130,000
