Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at held 9:00 a.m., PST, Tuesday, November 8, 2022 via TEAMS.
Project Scope: This project involves retrofit of an existing Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) vault located in Federal Way, WA. The existing vault lid will be removed and replaced with a custom lid, and the access into the vault will be relocated from the south side to the east side of the vault. The work will also include installation of new prefabricated access ladder, replacement of the existing PRV valve in kind with a new valve, and replacement of associated pipe and valve appurtenances (e.g., flange coupling adapter, two corps, etc.). Contractor shall do all demo and restoration work necessary to accomplish the afore mentioned work and to return the site to its current condition post-construction.
