Project Scope: This Contract provides for the improvement of the Skyline Pedestrian Bridge over SR16 by painting over the existing graffiti present on the bridge and providing traffic control to perform the work and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
