Project Scope: The general scope of this project is to gain access to the pump station building via a temp access road off of McMurray Rd NE and completely demolish the pump station building down to the slab on grade including the pump and motor and all other equipment and piping down to flush with the slab. (Note the building is completely constructed of concrete including the roof) Dispose of all concrete, pump and motor and piping to a disposal or recycler that will take this type of material. Finally to remove the temp access road in preparation for site mitigation and planting. Site mitigation work to be done by the City of Tacoma.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually.at 10:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 and is required for bidders to attend.
