Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2019 at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma, Room 148 to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training
Program (LEAP) requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of removing, overlaying and paving of asphalt with wedge curb and the occasional curb and gutter, replacing existing concrete panels, adjusting utilities to the proposed grade, and preforming a grind and overlay. This will be done in 9 blocks of northeast Tacoma.
