Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 23, 2019 at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma, Room 138 to answer questions regarding the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training Program (LEAP) requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of grinding and removing asphalt pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, adjusting utilities to the proposed grade, placing concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, performing pavement overlay. The project extends approximately 6 blocks in southeast Tacoma.
Estimate: Between $600,000 to $650,000
