Project Scope: The City of Tacoma Neighborhood Planning Pilot Program is seeking consultant services to support the development and community engagement of two neighborhood plans. Efforts in McKinley Hill have already begun, with the Proctor Neighborhood Plan scheduled to start later this summer.
Project Budget: Up to $130,000
