Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, intends to procure a Consulting Firm to provide conceptual design services to create a streetscape conceptual plan for Fawcett Avenue as part of the Brewery District Revitalization project. Additionally, the Consulting Firm will provide signal design work consisting of electrical plans, specifications and estimates based on the improvements identified herein, and as described in the attached grant application (Appendix C). The electrical scope may be increased based on
improvements that are chosen to be carried forward from the streetscape conceptual design phase.
