Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in the Tacoma Municipal Building Room 243, located at 747 Market Street, Tacoma WA 98402. A walk through of the Tenant Improvement area will occur following the meeting.
Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Public Works Department in partnership with the Planning & Development Services Department, intends to procure architectural and engineering consultant services to provide programming, design, permitting, bid assistance and construction administration services for the Tenant Improvement to the 3rd Floor of the Tacoma Municipal
Building. The project will provide improvements to approximately 2,000 square feet of customer service area and approximately 9,000 square feet of employee office space.
