Description: CGC is seeking a highly qualified EC/CM firm led by a strong manager to participate as a critical, integrated team member throughout design and construction. Asa Mercer International Middle School Replacement is located at 1600 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108, on an 8.39-acre site. The project will construct a new multi-story middle school of approximately 176,000 sq. ft. to provide permanent space for up to 1,000 students grades 6-8. Students will be located off-site at the Van Asselt facility during the period of construction.
