Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide project management and phased development services to King County Department of Executive Services, Facilities Management Division (“County”) for over 648,000 square feet (sf) of new construction and over 558,000 sf of renovated medical facilities on the Harborview Medical Center campus, located in Seattle, Washington. This work is known collectively as the “Harborview Bond Program”.
