Project Scope: The City of Tacoma Planning and Development Services Department seeks professional services to develop a set of design guidelines to guide project proponents, designers, City staff and the Landmarks Preservation Commission during the development and review process for projects located within the Old City Hall Historic Special Review District in Downtown Tacoma
